BUTTERFLY CHALLENGE...94 SPIN THE WHEEL WITH THE LETTER C

Hi, and a warm welcome to all my craft loving, and talented friends.
Also a warm welcome to any visitors that may just pop by.

Weather still cold at the mo.
I do hope you are all looking forward to the weekend.

Finished my entry for the Butterfly Challenge lunchtime so I thought I would post this as soon as I could.
There is a new formula this time around, and you have to choose from the wheel that is on the challenge.
I chose Cornflower Blue and checks at least I hope it is Cornflower Blue, and of course a Butterfly or Butterflies.

This is a 6" x5" size card when folded flat except for the Butterflies which makes it slightly taller.
I got the idea from a lady on C&C yesterday, but mine is slightly different.
I used snippets of paper on this and inked the edges with Brilliance Ink Pearl Ice Blue which was the nearest to cornflower blue I could find.
Stamped the sentiment with Izink Petrole and this stays wet enough to heat emboss with Silver Pearl Embossing powder.
Tried it with the Ice Blue and it came out white pearl.
The butterfly border is cut from Snippets, and you can buy it from the Ducks DooDahs website, and was very cheap, the link is on my sidebar.
I also inked those with Brilliance Ink.

Thank you so much for your visit, and precious time.
Still having probs with my back so commenting in stages as I don't want a recurrence of my slipped disc.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges.

Another showstopper Jenny, what a magnificent design and it looks beautiful in blue with all the pearly embellishments. My back has been giving me trouble this week, it "went" last Sunday when I was changing Surprises water bucket. Luckily I am a receptionist in our village surgery so popped in to see one of my bosses on Monday, thankfully it is muscular this time and not sciatica. I do hope yours soon eases, although I am sure this cold weather doesn't really help xx

What a marvelous fold technique - it looks so complex! Love the pretty papers you've got in the sections, and that wonderful butterfly border. The doily die on the inside is so pretty and the inking you've done looks stunning. Loving all the delicate white butterflies tucked around, and the pearls. I like the combination of the different paper patterns too. Sorry to hear your back is acting up. Take care, and don't let it get too hurtful. TFS & Have a great weekend. Hugs
