SORRY YOU ARE LEAVING CARD AND BOX

Hi, and welcome to all my very talented, and craft loving friends.

Sorry I forgot to mention yesterday that I have family staying for the weekend so will find it hard to comment till Sunday so hopefully I can catch up then.

Here is a card and box I made for one of my Daughter's colleagues that was leaving to live up north.
She loves Handbags , and the colour Pink so this is what I made.

The Handbag opens up like this.

Lots of little cards inside for all to write their best wishes for the future.

This is a 8"x8" size card and box I made to fit it.
The Handbag image and design are from CraftsUprint, I just added some ribbon to the handle.
A Flower spray to the front of the bag.
I made the black antenna on the butterflies by adding black micro beads to a stamen.

Thank you so much for your visit, and precious time.
I always love to read your wonderful comments.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

THANK YOU MISS DI SURPRISE BLOG HOP

Hi, and welcome to all my very talented, and craft loving friends.

Darnell that lives over the pond is holding a surprise Blog Hop so that we all may Congratulate Miss Di on 7 Years of running the
PIXIES SNIPPETS PLAYGROUND CHALLENGE

I first encountered this challenge from visiting my Dear Friend
 Sue J.
She was posting some great creations made with lots of left over elements from other cards.
So I popped over to the
PIXIES SNIPPETS PLAYGROUND CHALLENGE where our lovely Miss Di encourages you to use up your snippets making a creation so you don't waste anything.
It can be anything you want to create not just a card as long as it made with at least one snippet item or more if you would like.
Miss Di and her lovely helper Parsnip have been running the challenge for 7 years after taking it over from the lovely Jules.
We have freat fun, and games just like being back at school in the playground

So DARNELL has organised this Blog Hop for us to say Thank You for all your hard work involved with this great challenge.
I haven't managed to enter this wonderful challenge lately as my husbands health issues, and house renovations have made crafting a bit hit and miss lately.
Another reason was getting ready for alterations to the house I had to put all my craft items away in boxes, and be very strong, and throw away my boxes, and boxes of snippets I had collected over the years, but happily I found a small box I had missed so I made this card.
Everything on the front of the card is a snippet even the lace, and flowers the only new item is the card base which I made, and the paper inside.

This is a 5"x7" tent style card I made.
The main card image is a snippet of Hunkydory card.
The lovely gold rainbow mirri card is also a snippet.

Thank you so much for your visit, and precious time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

I am entering this into the following blog hop and challenges.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CARD

Hi and welcome to all my craft loving friends, and visitors.

Wow has it been hot this last few days.
We had a massive thunder storm overnight, but it's still been hot and muggy today.
I am not good in the heat it saps my energy levels to nil.

I have had a few Birthday cards to make for my Son and my Granddaughter's husband as their Birthdays are the 30th and 31st.
As each year goes by I struggle to think of what to create for them that I haven't used before.
Still all done and dusted now thank goodness.

I remembered  that I haven't shown this card I made last year.
Was not that pleased with how it turned out perhaps that's why I never showed it.

This is a 6"x6" size card.
I used my TL Kensington Corner Die that was given to me by my sweet blogging mate SueP.
I cut it out 16 times to create the corners, and the centre diamond.
The card is Creative Expressions Foundation Card in Blush.
At the time I didn't have a peach ink that I would have liked to have created the diamond centre piece, and I think what I used was a Chalk Ink that was too  orangy.

Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.

Today is the start of a new challenge over at

It is the B Teams turn and I am the host for this fortnights challenge.
So I would like to see Handmade or Die Cut Flowers on your creations that you enter.
The challenge runs from 9. AM today till 6. PM Wednesday 29th of March.
We are a challenge that has no sponsors, but you could be one of the top 3 or 5 if chosen.
Please pop over to the challenge blog to see my wonderful Team Friends creations.
So here is mine for our challenge, this card was inspired by Pam's wonderful card HERE.
I did not have her dies so this is my version.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
I cut out the flowers in white card, and coloured them with Aqua Markers, and the layered them to acheive the lift to the flowers.

I have also decorated a box for this challenge.

I painted the box with Starlight Paints.
Then I decorated it with items from my stash.
I made the Rose and hand cut the leaves, and coloured them.

Thank you so much for your visit and time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

A BIRTHDAY CARD FOR MY NIECE

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.

Well my family went home on Monday afternoon, and I have been doing the mundane things of washing ironing, cleaning, and shopping.
So hoping to catch up with comments today.

Tomorrow I will be posting my DT card for the next fortnights MAWTT challenge which I am hosting this time around.
So today I have a Birthday card I made for my Niece.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
The card stock is Hunkydory.
The image is Hunkydory from their mirri collection.
Used Sue Wilson's Banners Die, and the corners are TL, and also the beaded flourish is TL too.
Letters are a Xcut Die.
Happy Birthday TL Die also.

Thank you so much for your visits especially as I couldn't visit you over the last few days.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

WEDDING CARD AND BOX

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.
I do hope you enjoyed your Bank Holiday weekend.
We had family visits, and that is always very nice.

Today I have a Wedding Card and Box I made for my Sister's granddaughter, but the wedding never took place.

This is a 8"x8" size card and box I made to fit.
The colour scheme I was given was Salmon Pink, Ivory, and Navy.
I didn't have the right colour card for the Salmon Pink so I inked some pearlised ivory card with Versa Magic Pink Petunia chalk Ink.
The oval mat was cut out on my ScaNcut machine from the Tattered Lace USB stick.
Now you may think I paper pierced the corners, but it was a happy accident, as the card used was very thick and they just embossed.
So I thought that looked nice for a change.

Thank you so much for your visit, and time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

ANOTHER TISSUE BOX

Hi and welcome to all my craft loving friends, and visitors.
Thank you so much for your visit, and time.
I do appreciate your wonderful comments so much.

Before Christmas I made some more Tissue Boxes to take to my sisters, and this is one of them.

My sister just loved this as she loves butterflies just like me, and her bedroom is beige, and cream.
The card used is Beige, but it looks  like grey or green in the photo.

Thank you again for your visit.
I do hope you all have a wonderful day.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

100th BIRTHDAY CARD AND BOX

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.
Thank you so much for your visit, and time.
I really do appreciate that you take time out of your busy day to visit me, and make such great comments on my work.

Today I have a card I made for a neighbour who live in the sheltered flats close to me.
She is 100 years of age on the 2nd of December 2015.
So this is what I came up with for everyone that lives there to sign for her.

This is a 8"x8" size card and Box I made to fit it.
I made the roses from Pamellia's Tutorial  HERE.
I used the Sue Wilson Weaving Die Classic for the center of the Spellbinders Grand Circle Die.
I added some pearls on a string from Cuddly Buddly Crafts to the edges of the circle.
Inside I made pockets with stamped edged paper for everybody to sign.
I cut out the bow edging around the box on my ScanNcut.

Thank you again for your visit, and time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

BABY SHOWER CARD AND NAPPY CAKE

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends,
and visitors.
Sorry I have been missing this week, but it's
half term, and I was asked to look after my
Grandson, and Granddaughter, and cooking
was on the cards again.
My Grandson made his usual Lemon Drizzle,
and my Granddaughter this time made Butterfly
Fairy Cakes.
So I was a bit exhausted yet again, and I have
quite a few Birthdays at the end of this month,
as well as this Baby Shower card and Nappy
Cake for my other Granddaughter on Sunday.
The Nappy Cake idea came from Hazel's blog.
http://hazelsbasketsofjoy.blogspot.co.uk/2014/02/girl-nappy-cake-and-card.html
Please give her a visit, as she makes some wonderful, and very useful baskets, and
present ideas, as well as cards.
Sorry this is a bit picture heavy.

The card is a 8"x8" size card.
The delightful image is a pre-coloured one
from the Pink Gem Designs.
You get a pre-coloured one and one to colour
yourself.
The papers are a digi download also from the
Pink Gem Designs, I just added a yellow
Promarker to the center to go with the dress in
the image.
I am going to be joining 2 challenges with this.
The Pink Gem one, and the Butterfly Challenge,
as I think they both fit the criteria.

Thank you for your continued support of my
work.
I very much appreciate you time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

CHRISTENING CARD

Hi and welcome to my blog all my craft loving
friends, and visitors.
Thank you for your visit and time, as I know
time is very precious to all of us.
Also thank you very much for all your wonderful
comments.
I really do appreciate all of them.

Now I was due to go the big stamp show at
Ally Pally this weekend, but unfortunately my
granddaughter has a few problems with her
early pregnancy, and as my daughter was going
to accompany me, we thought it better to stay
closer to home, just in case.

Today I have a card I was commissioned to
make a while back.
It's a Christening card, but it was for a little
girl of 3 years of age.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
The card and paper are Hunkydory.
I used a double sided purple mirri card, and
used the matt side of it.
I used some snippets from my snippets box
for the corner dies, and coloured them with
Dusty Concorde DI, so I'm off to play in the
snippets playground with this.

Thank you again for your visit.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

NEW BABY BOY CARD

Hi and welcome to my blog, all my very talented
friends, and visitors.

Wasn't the weather awful over the BH weekend.
I think it was like that over most the country.
Such a pity for those who work, as it's the last
one till Christmas now.

Thank you so much for all your wonderful
comments on my Rudolf creation.

Now I have a New Baby Boy card to show you,
as I was asked by my daughter's partner to make
this for a colleague.
Still have to make the box to go with it.

This is a 8"x8" size card made from PMD A3
white card.
The coloured card is PMD too.
The papers and the image are from the Joanna
Sheen Baby Love CD which by the way you
can no longer buy.
Square Doilies from the Ribbon Box, I had to
do little construction to make them fit my image.
I also used some snippets from my my snippets
box for some of the die cuts.

Thank you again for your precious time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

challenges.

A4 WEDDING CARD AND BOX

Hi and a very warm welcome to everyone that
stops here for a visit.
I am so very grateful for your visit, and the wonderful comments you make.

Today I am showing you a wedding card my
daughter asked me to make for a work colleague,
who was getting married.
Now she wanted an A4 size so everyone of the
staff could sign it.
Now those of you that know me, know I love
to incorporate the colour that the bridesmaids
are wearing in my cards.
So here is what I came up with.

I thought as there were a lot of people to sign
it, I would put DL cards inside for everyone to
sign, and that way it wouldn't spoil the card.

Now the box.

This is a A4 size card made out of Centura Snow
White Pearl A3 card.
I used my embossing folder that came with the
EBosser.
I edged all the card with blue ink.
The wedding couple are from a copyright free
book I have, and I printed them onto Centrura
Pearl card, and decoupaged them too.
I decorated her dress with a few sequins from
my stash.

Thank you again for your visit and time.
Lots of crafty love. JENNY.
