WENDY'S F/BOOK SKETCH CHALLENGE CARD

Hi, and welcome to all my very talented, and craft loving friends.

Also welcome to anyone who just pops by to look at my work.

Here is a card I made for Wendy's sketch challenge on F/Book.

This is a 6"x6" size card.
I had been after the Appl Blossom card kit since seeing it advertised in my stamping magazine.
Hubby was having one of his no spend times so I was having to sit on my hands, and bite my nails as I really wanted this.
A good blog friend suggested buying in the supermarket with my shopping,
so he wouldn't know, but every time I looked there was none to be had.
Till last week I spotted one right at the back of a shelf.
So my card is my version of Wendy's sketch from the Apple Blossom kit.
Stamped the flowers with izink ink, and used a Crafters Companion glitter pen on them, and of course the butterflies are from Wendy our team leader.
The pale card is actually a very light peach card which looks cream in the photo, and is the other side of the orange card.

Thank you so much for your visit, and precious time.
I am always so happy to read your lovely comments.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY

MOVING ALONG WITH THE TIMES DT................WEDDING/ANNIVERSARY/ENGAGEMENT

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.

Today starts another challenge at the
and the lovely Wendy is our host for the B Teams turn.
She would like your entries to be WEDDING/ ANNIVERSARY/ or / ENGAGEMENT.
Wendy is giving a lovely prize of John Lockwood stamps to the winner.

Also there is a chance to be in the top 3 and receive a badge for your blog.
The challenge runs from Thursday the 6/7/2017 to Wednesday 19/7/2017 at 6 PM.
We love to see your creations entered as there is so much wonderful talent in blogland.
Please pop along to my lovely Team Mates to see their wonderful creations they have made.

So here is my effort I made this for my Daughter's works to give a colleague who was getting married.

This is a 8"x8" size card and box I made to fit the card.
The card image is a download from CraftsUprint and I just tweaked a few items.
On the inside I made up lots of little cards in the pockets for each individual to put their wishes on.
Carried some of the theme onto the matching box.

Thank you so much for your visit and precious time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

BUTTERFLY CHALLENGE 57.......Y IS FOR YEARS AND OR YELLOW

Hi and welcome to all my craft loving friends, and visitors.
Today is the start of another
and the theme this time around is Y for years and or yellow.
So as I had something made up in yellow I thought I would enter it, but I don't have any of the years part on it.
It's another one of my tissue boxes which I have been making for the stall I am doing at my daughter's works fund raising event.

These are so easy to make.
For the base it takes 3 A4 sheets of card.
I buy my tissue boxes from the supermarket starting with T, and they measure just under 5" tall, and 4" one side, and 4 and half inches the other side.
I cut down 2 A4 sheets of card to 5" and then I score at half an inch, 4 " and 9 and half inches on my Hougie board.
You cut off the rest that is left over, and glue together.
The lid is slightly over 6" by slightly over 6 and half  inches, and you score one inch around all sides, and this makes the lid.
Don't forget to make your aperture before you glue the sides of the lid as I have done that a few times. LOL.
Then it's ready to decorate how you like.

Thank you so much for your visit, and time as I do know time is very precious to all of us.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges.

OLDIE FOR FRIDAY

Hi and welcome to all very talented friends, and visitors.
Thank you so much for your visit, and time.
I very much appreciate all your wonderful comments on my work.

My Daughter works for a charity that looks after clients with learning difficulties, and they are having a fund raising event in August so I am steadily trying to make things to sell on one f their stalls to help.
So if I'm not about much you know the reason why, but I will try to keep up as much as I can.

So onto today, and it's been a few weeks since I joined ERIKA HERE
with an Oldie for Friday.
It's all just for fun, but a delightful way to show your newer followers some of your older work.
So here is mine this week.

This is an A5 size card.
I used a Hunkydory image, and card stock that came free with their magazine a few years ago.
I added a a doily, and a few Spellbinders Parisian Die Cuts around my sentiment.
The stick pin I made.

Thank you again for your visit.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

BUTTERFLY CHALLENGE NO 54.............R IS FOR RECYCLE AND OR RUBY RED

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.
Thank you so much for your visit, and your precious time commenting on my work.
I very much appreciate each and every one.

Today I have my entry into the Butterfly Challenge No 54 which is R for Recycle, and or Ruby Red.
Now I had been contemplating on this one, and suddenly today I thought of what I could do.
So I recycled a bag you get your Pandora purchases in.

The second picture is so you can see the Rose I made some time ago a little easier.
This bag is about just over 6"x6" in size.
I started by measuring the bag, now don't laugh as I am not very good with measurements, as I have mentioned before.
I cut 2 pieces of red card just under 6"x 6" in size.
The white card was snippets left over from a A3 size of card that I had cut down for another project.
I inked the edges of the card with Fired Brick DI, and then I spritzed the card with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mists in red.
I stamped a butterfly with the DI, and added some dots with a Promarker.

Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges.

MOVING ALONG WITH THE TIMES DT CARD..........................COME DANCING

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.

So today is the start of another challenge over at
MOVING ALONG WITH THE TIMES.
It's the B Teams turn, and Hazel L is our lovely host this time around, and she has chosen the theme Come Dancing.
So we would like to see your creations with Dancing on them.
Take a look at the lovely examples from my fellow team mates, and please try and join us.
Here is my effort.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
Now those of you that know me well know this is my fave size of card.
The image is a Hunkydory one from the Little Book of Decoupage.
I embossed some white card with a mask I bought at the NEC 3 years ago, but there was no name on it.
I then inked it with Victorian Velvet DI.
I used some stickles on her dress, shoes, scarf, and hair as I thought that was what they usually have on their lovely dance dresses.
I made the roses, and the leaves.

I have scheduled this post as I will be looking after my 2 Grand Children, and we will be baking again.

Thank you so much for your visit, and time.
I do hope you are all having a lovely week so far.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

The paper and the image were a freebie from a craft magazine a year or so ago.

Thank you so much for you visit.

OLDIE FOR FRIDAY

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.
I am a bit late with my Oldie for Friday this week, as I have had quite a few things to do today, but I still wanted to support Erika HERE
with an Older Christmas Card I made a few years ago.
This is just for fun, but a super way to bring back some of your older posts, and it doesn't have to be a card, it can be anything you have posted on you blog before.
Just comment on Erika's oldie, and she will return the comment.

This is a 8"x8" size card.

Thank you so much for sparing your precious time to visit me, and make such great comments.

I have made another Tissue Box this
time for the Butterfly Challenge Theme, and the letter is Q for Quadruple so I put 4 bows, and 4 butterlies on it.

The border round the top, and the corners I cut out on my ScanNcut.
The tulip paper is from the Cupcake
Crafting CD Floral Delights, by Andrew Hull.
I cut out, and decoupaged some tulips from the paper.

I do hope you have a wonderful day what ever you are doing.

ANOTHER CHRISTMAS CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.

Spent yesterday looking after my little great grandson who is 7 months old.
He is so good, and no trouble at all, and I enjoyed every minute as he is such a content baby, my granddaughter had so much trouble with his sisters when they were little.
They didn't like shopping or the car, and used to cry,and play up while she
was either shopping or in the car going any where.
I must admit I never had those problems with my 3 at all.
So perhaps I was one of the lucky ones.

Today I have another Christmas card
to show you.

This is a A5 size card.
I must admit I don't make many of this size card, as I do love square cards which you may have noticed.
Papers and the image are from the Crafters Companion CD Nordic Christmas.
I embossed the backing paper with
the similar embossing folder, and inked the edges.

Thank you for your visit, and time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges.

I would like to welcome my newest follower, and thank you for choosing to follow me.

Was looking after my granddaughter yesterday as her school doesn't go back till today.
We did lots of crafty bits at my house.

Well I am just about making the

I struggled to think of something unusual for this time around and
suddenly last night thought of this design.

ScanNcut.
Added some Butterfly card printed off the Crafters Companion CD Cute Companions to make it a little more sturdy.
I decoupaged some of the butterflies, and added some stickles to them.

as it was the wrong colour pink.
I used some snippets of white and pink card for my my sentiment and the die cut.

OLDIE FOR FRIDAY

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends,
and visitors.
Thank you so much for your visit, and the wonderful comments you make.

I have been busy making a couple of order cards
one was a Wedding card and box as lady emailed
me and asked me to make her one for her
daughter.
So I said if she put money into her fave charity I
would do this so she paid £20 to the Macmillan
Nurses charity, and emailed me the receipt.
Then I am in the middle of making a 100th
Birthday card, and box for a lady who lives in
the sheltered flats next to me so everyone can
sign it.

Right as it's Friday and time to join
                         ERIKA  HERE
with your Oldie for Friday it can be anything
you have posted sometime on your blog before,
and it doesn't have to be a card.
It's all just for fun, but a delightful way of
showing some of your older projects.

So as Halloween is nearly here I have a card I
made for Halloween 2013.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
The Halloween Calendar is from the Pink Gem
website, and is a digi image.
The spiders web doily is a Martha Stewart
circle punch, and I used some confetti around
the edge of the card.
The glitter black cats were from Waitrose.

Thank you again for your visit.

ELLIE'S BIRTHDAY CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends,
and visitors.
Thank you for your visit, and the wonderful
comments you make.
I very much appreciate them all.

I won't be around on Monday as I am looking
after my grandchildren, and we will be baking
again.
So I will try and catch up in the evening if I'm
not too tired.

It's my little Great Granddaughter's Birthday
on Wednesday, and I have been making 3 cards
one for me, one for my granddaughter, and one
for my daughter to give her.
So this is mine.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
The top paper is a download from Cuddly
Buddly.
The bottom strip of paper was a download,
but I can't remember where I got it.
I think it may be from a Craft Magazine free
download.
The image of the little girl eating ice cream is
a Pink Gem image which I won on one of their
challenges recently, and funnily it's called
Ellie eating ice cream.
I used stickles glitter glue to enhance the ice
cream, and the bunting.

Thank you again for your visit, and time.
Lots of crafty love JENNY.

I would like to enter this into the following
challenges.
