MOVING ALONG WITH THE TIMES DT CARD......................CHRISTMAS SCENES

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.

It's time for Team B over at
and Jan is our lovely host this time around, and she would like to see Christmas Scenes on your entries.
The challenge runs from 8/12/16 to Wednesday 21/12/16 at 1PM, and then we have a Christmas Break till
January 2017.
This is all for perhaps a Top 3 or 5 badge, but we love to see your wonderful creations you make.
Please pop over to the challenge blog to see what my lovely Team mates created.

So here is what I made for my DT card.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
The Christmas Scene came from a Hunkydory set I bought.
I used some Gold Rainbow Mirri card for my base and then added one of the scenes that came with the set.
I decoupaged the village scene.
Then added some ivy and white poinsettias.

Thank you so much for your visit, and time.😄
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

Ohhhhh Jenny !! This Christmas 'scene' is stunning !! a very 'olde worlde' scene, and the papers on the inside are equally lovely. The rainbow mirri is very effective, giving a lovely frame to your card. Stunning.

Really, really beautiful creation Jenny, fabulous image, the church in the background has a steeple just like the church I used to go to as a child, many moons ago. Great embellishments too.

Hi Jenny me again on hat sizes, you can get sizes on Internet, and all online hat companies have a how to on their pages. Alistair is a medium and that measures 57cm. If you measure around the fullest part of the head, you'll get your hubby's size. Hope this helps, Kate x

Having a wee catch up on your blog. This card is so pretty. Love the size!

We just got the Hunky Dory kits at our local store earlier this year.
Just bought a few of the kits as they were on clearance for 70% off.
It was when I was in hospital, so my non cardmaking girlfriend went in and bought them for me! What a dear friend she is.
