RUDOLF CHALLENGE JANUARY 2017... DESIGN TEAM CARD

Hi and welcome to all my craft loving friends, and visitors.
I am back today with my DT card for the Rudolf Challenge over at Scrappymo's bolg HERE
This is the first one of this year.
The challenge runs from the 25th of the month to the end of the month.

Now I was very surprised when she emailed me and asked if I wanted to be on her DT again this year.
She had 12 wonderful crafty  people who designed for her last year, and they were split into the 2 halves of the year.
This year she put all twelve names in a hat and drew out 4 people, and I was one of the lucky ones.
So I said I would be very honoured to Design again this year.

So here is my card for the very first challenge of the year.
My next will be in March, and every other month.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
The image is from the Crafter's Companion Winter Paint Poppets CD.
I added some glitter to the image.
The papers are also from the same CD.

Please pop over to Scrappymo's blog HERE to view the other wonderful DT cards, as some of last years wonderful crafter's  are finishing off their DT duties this month.

Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

This is such a beautiful card, Jenny. The horse drawn sleigh really caught my eye as I think I have mentioned before that I grew up on a horse farm. My dad and sister raised 3Day Eventers.
We had an antique sleigh and they used to make a Santa that sat in the front of the sleigh...it sat in our front garden all Xmas season!

Your card immediately made me remember that...thanks for the fond memory.

Love the pretty snowflakes and the soft non traditional colours here.

Many congratulations Jenny on your continuing DT role, I know that you'll do Mo proud! This is a lovely card and what a gorgeous little image of the two children. I really like the blue and purple colours together, they are my favourite combination. So lovely on the inside too, as always, I love your attention to detail. Crafty hugs, Sandra x

Congratulations on being on Mo's DT for Rudy Day. That's very special indeed! Easy to see why you were invited too! Love this very old fashioned look to your beautiful frosty card. Just makes me think of a Christmas of long ago, when times must have been much calmer & simpler. The icy blues & snowflakes look right at home with the sleigh scene, and definitely the Peace sentiment is just what is needed. Such pretty papers to go with this sweet image. Good work! TFS & Hugs
