I have been card making for about 25 years. I have made things all my life as my Mum and Grand Mother taught me lots of hobbies. Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.
Thank you so much for all your well wishes about my back .
It's a lot better now, and thank goodness it didn't lat too long as I hate not being able to do things.
I am how ever being quite careful what I do as I just twisted awkwardly, and that's what started it off.
I suffer with Arthritis in my spine from a few accidents when I was younger.
I had an accident when a bus had to stop in an emergancy which affected my back, and I used to play squash when I was younger, and slipped and fell in the shower.
So it all takes it's toll when you are older.
In any rate well that's enough of my ailments as there are people much worse off than me, but I just wanted to explain why at times you will hear me say about my back.

Today I have an Art Deco card I made for my friends Birthday in June that I haven't shown yet.
This is from a Hunkydory set I purchased as it's my sister's 70th Birthday in December, and she loves Art Deco.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
The image, and the papers are Hunkydory.
Just added a couple of snippets of flowers, and snippets of die cuts around the flowers coloured in with Tumbled Glass DI.
So I can join my friends at the Snippets playground with this.

Thank you so much for your visit, and the wonderful comments you make.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges.

Hi Jenny, This Art Deco card is very elegant, I love the colours and I adore the use of feathers, gorgeous !!
I'm so glad you are feeling much better now, just watch your movements, it is so easy to twist awkwardly without even thinking.
Lots of love from Patricia xx

Absolutely gorgeous Jenny! We played with Hunkydory stuff as you know last weekend, and were also given a fabulous selection of freebies, as well as also buying some 'toppers'! They really are the tops and this card is a perfect example - LOVE the feather you added as well!

Lovely to see you in the Playground.
