Hi and welcome to cardsarus blog spot My name is Jenny Lawrence and I live in Kent. My dear and wonderful husband Tony passed away in March 2019 We had been married for 36 years. I also lost my first Husband to the big C when I was quite young. I have 3 children and 3 stepchildren. 12 Grandchildren and 5 Great Granddaughters and 3 Great Grandsons. I have been card making for about 25 years. I have made things all my life as my Mum and Grand Mother taught me lots of hobbies. I have made my own clothes, knitted garments, hand embroidered items of clothing, and crocheted items too. I love to bake my own cakes as well.

RUDOLF DAYS CHALLENGE......APRIL 2021

 

Hi and welcome to all my very talented, and craft loving friends.

 

Sorry I have not been around much again still having health issues to deal with.

 

As it's the 26th of the month I have a card for the Rudolf Days Challenge over at

SCAPPYMO'S BLOG 


 and as it's not my turn for a DT card I can enter the challenge this month.

 


This is a 8"x8" size card.

The iamge and the shaker bubble is from Katy Sue's 3D Snow Globe Paper Pad.

The lovely Red Matt Mirri card is from Tonic.

Very nice. I have never really got into shaker cards but I like this, and the red mirri card sets it off beautifully.

I'm so sorry you're still having health issues, but I hope you're feeling well regardless. You shaker card is just wonderful with all the snow inside the shaker and those ribbons and matching stockings look so festive and pretty! I love that string of red beads around the shaker too! This is such a very beautiful and detailed Christmas card!

This is a beautiful card, Jenny!
That raised dome the scene is in is lovely!
They had them in at the paper shop down the hill from me, and I did not buy any...silly me.
Hopefully they will get them in for Christmas season this year.
I hope you get some relief from the pain
And can continue to make these wonderful cards.
