Hi and welcome to my blog all very talented
friends, and visitors.
Thank you for your wonderful comments on my
TCBH post.
I do really need to do some serious tiding of my
craft room, but I would far rather be creating
than tiding, maybe in a few days time. lol.
Now I made this card in just over an hour this
morning, and that's quick for me as I usually
take lot longer than that. lol.
I needed it for this afternoon, as I was singing
with my group of singers, and the lady in
question is leaving the group.
We used to meet at her cottage for our singing
practice, and she always had beautiful birds
feeding from the bird feeder.
We even saw a woodpecker in her apple tree.
So hear is the card I made her.
Card size is just under 6"x6" .
The topper is an Hunkydory one from their
decoupage book.
I added some apple blossom flowers, a lady bird,
dragonfly, and a butterfly cabochon to my bow,
all from my stash.
Now the apple blossom looking flowers were
some snippets left over from another card.
Now before I go I would like to show you my
Begonia in my garden, this year, now I usually
put the tuber away for the winter, but this year
I forgot, and guess what we had a mild winter,
and it survived, and I am so glad it did.
Sorry about my arm in the photo. It was so big
that the flower head was drooping, and DH
couldn't take the shot properly.
Thank you again for your visit and time.
Lots of crafty love. JENNY.

BUTTERFLIES, BUTTONS, AND BOWS
Hi and welcome to my blog, all my craft loving
friends ,and visitors.
A big welcome to my newest follower, and thank
you for choosing to follow me.
I do hope you pop back often to see what I am
posting.
I was overwhelmed by you wonderful comments
on my last 2 creations.
It was well worth all the hard work creating that
word book.
I forgot to say I didn't use a book template that
you are able to buy, I made mine with some
large Alphabet templates I own, and I did all
the measurements for this my self, and cut out
the letters by hand, as someone had asked about
it.
I made 7 of these such books in different colours
about 4 years ago for my children for Christmas,
but in my excitement I forgot to photograph them.
Now today I have a card I have made for the 2nd
butterfly challenge for this fortnight which you
will find HERE .
In this fortnights challenge you have to use 3 bs
Butterfly, Button, and a Bow, so here is my attempt.
Now the inside.
This is a 8"x8" size card.
I made the organza flowers with ribbon, and
added a button to the center.
I added a button to the center of my bow too.
Thank you for your visit and time.
I do hope you are all keeping well.
Lots of crafty love. JENNY.

BUTTERFLY CARD
Hi and welcome to my blog all my talented craft
friends, and visitors.
Sorry I have been missing for a few days, but I
have been looking after my little great granddaughter, Ellie.
Thank you for all your kind comments on my
attempt at the flowers.
I will be making a few more shortly, but I just
had to make this card for a new challenge, and
it's all to do with Butterflies, and you know how
I love butterflies and owls.
So here is what I have created for the challenge.
Now the inside.
This is an 8"x8" size card.
The butterfly paper is from a Crafters Companion
CD called Cute Companions Volume 1.
I used a Tonic Die Diamond Swing Ovals for
the inside and the front of the card.
The corner little butterflies are cut from a
Tattered Lace Die called Chantilly Petal.
The flowers I made from my Heartfelt Creations
Majestic Blossoms Die.
The Ivy is a Creative Expressions Stamp, and I
coloured it with water colour pencils and cut it out.
The large butterfly is a Spellbinders Fanciful
Flight Die, now this die doesn't come with a
solid back so I cut around the die to make this.
Thank you again for sparing your precious time
visiting me.
I do hope this dreadful weather hasn't affected
any of you.
Lots of crafty love. JENNY.

BLACK AND WHITE 18TH BIRTHDAY CARD
Good morning dear blog friends and visitors.
A BIG THANK YOU for taking the time out of
your busy day to pay my blog a visit.
THANK YOU also for all your comments on my
last card and box.
You are all sooooooo very kind with your wonderful comments.
I was asked to convert one of my cards in my
box of made up cards to an 18th Birthday Daughter card, but as I left no room on the said
card for all this sentiment, I made a new one
which is not needed now. So it will go in my box
with the others, maybe one day someone will
need it.
So here is what I have been working on.
Now the inside.
This card is an 8x8 size card.
I used my embossing folder that came with the
E-Bosser again as I love this as it's an A4 size,
so no matching up.
I used SB Grand Decorative Circles, and SB Grand Circles.
SB Flower Corner Die and some black flower
gems from my stash.
The hat pin I made a while ago.
The butterflies on the front I bought at the Nec,
as they were reduced in price.
The inside butterfly is a SB Fanciful Flights Die.
Thank you again for your visit.
I do hope you all have a fabulous Friday.
Lots of crafty love. JENNY.

PRETTY IN PINK 80th BIRTHDAY CARD
Good morning to all you talented, and craft loving
blog friends and visitors.
I know I say this most days when I post my creations, but may I say a really big THANK YOU for all your support and time you spend
visiting my blog and making such wonderful comments.
We have has some beautiful sunshine for the last
few days, but that wind is still a tad cold too.
On Tuesday I actually sat in the garden and had
my breakfast, because it was so glorious.
The plants are beginning to grow quite nicely now.
Today I have a 80th Birthday card to share with
you for my friend who used to organize my little
ladies club with me.
Later today I will make the box to go with it.
The card I used is a very deep bright pink, but it
looks almost red in the picture.
Now the inside.
This card is an 8x8 size.
I have used the Cupcake CD Floral Delights for
the paper I used to die cut the flowers and corners.
This was printed on inkjet Shimmer White Decoupage Paper which is very pearlised, but it doesn't show on the photo.
I decided to cover part of the corners with the paper too, as it was so pretty.
I cut out a SB grand circle and then I cut out the
center with the Di-namics Dizzy Doily die and
replaced it back on foam pads.
I also cut one out of the paper too and added it to the top of that.
I added some AB pearls I just purchased, and some pearls on a string from my stash.
Well that's all for today folks will be looking at what you have created later today.
Thank you again for sparing your time to visit me.
I do hope you all enjoy your Thursday.
Lots of crafty love. JENNY.

90th BIRTHDAY CARD
Good evening to all you wonderfully talented blog friends and
visitors.
THANK YOU for your recent visits and comments.
I really do love reading them all so much.
I also love to visit your blogs and look at your wonderful
creations. We are all so very different in our styles and ideas.
I have had a wonderful lunch with my ladies from my club.
We needed to use up funds that were left in the bank and thought
a couple of lunches would be a great way to do this.
Tonight I have a card I made 2 years ago, and have never shown
on the blog. It was shown on Create and Craft once when I
e mailed it on a Sue Wilson's Spellbinders show. That day I won
a Sue original as I was lucky enough to be drawn out of the
cup of chance.
I made the roses with my Cricut Machine as in those days I
didn't have a rose die. I also coloured the ribbon to match the
card colour with my stamping inks I have.
My roses are nowhere as good as Patricia's of Summerhouse
crafts, but in those days I thought I was very clever using a
different flower off the George Basic cartridge. I soon learned
when I started my blog how good you all are at creating these
things with dies.
Now I would like to show you a picture of my Camellia that
has just flowered. Such a pretty flower shape.
Would love to be able to make a similar one in paper.
Thank you again for your visit.
I do hope you all have had a really great day.

RAINY DAYS ARE HERE AGAIN
Good morning to all you wonderful and talented crafts people
and visitors.
I am back home from visiting my Dad in Wales.
Sorry about the rush of my departure but my sister was quite
worried about him and thought I should see him.
He is a little bit better now but who knows at the age of 93.
Thank you for all your kind wishes and thoughts, you are such
a wonderful caring craft community.
I am so glad to be able to be part of it.
I am glad to be back as I have developed a nasty cold and I
wouldn't want to give it to my Dad as a cold virus thing started
everything off and has developed into all sorts of other problems
for him.
My card today is one I made last night, the image is one I picked
as my prize for winning in the Penny's blog challenge.
It's a Saturated Canary image and I fell in love with this image
as soon as I saw it.
Now the inside.
The papers are Dovecraft The London Line.
The pink card is from Cupcake Craft and the mint colour card
is Dovecraft double sided card.
The lovely lace was given to me by the wonderful Sue P.
The ribbon was bought for me by my sister.
The image is Saturated Canary coloured in with Promarkers.
I have used the Grand Scolloped Die and the Grand Oval Die,
and of course the small butterfly from the Fanciful Flights Die.
Thank you again for your visit.
I hope you all have a wonderful day today.
Lots of crafty love. JENNY,

LOVE BUTTERFLIES
Hi and good morning to all my wonderfully talented followers
and visitors.
May I say a big welcome to my new follower, and thank you
for joining my blog.
Well it's Sunday, which can be a very busy day for most people.
So I do appreciate all of your comments and time spent visiting
my blog.
THANK YOU soooooooo much.
Today I was lost for a title for this card, so as there is a lovely
butterfly on it, and as I do love butterflies sooooo much, hence
the title.
That brings me to small story about when I visited Butterfly
World in the Isle of Weight.
I was very nervous about going in to see the beautiful butterflies.
You see I was afraid if one flew at my face I would get afraid
and make a swipe at it, and perhaps do it some damage.
Well let me tell you I needn't have been afraid, because I wouldn't
have missed such a wonderful opportunity to see some exquisite
butterflies, and some really quite large variety too.
They had a special curtain to stop any from escaping into the
gift shop next door, well let me tell you one kept on trying to
get through with no avail, but he or she kept on trying.
Well I've waffled on toooooo much yet again.
So here is my card for today.
This card was made with holographic mirri card, papers from
my stash.
That Special Touch Mask Ivy although it doesn't look like ivy.
Some punched flowers layered, a Martha Stewart Edge Punch,
and of course the Spellbinders Fanciful Flight Die.
I hope you like it.
Thank you again for taking the time to visit.
I hope each and everyone of you has a wonderful Sunday.
Lots of crafty love. JENNY.

JENNY.

Hi and good morning to all my talented followers and any visitors
to my blog.
I would like to say a big welcome to my new follower Sue, and
thank you sooooo much for becoming a follower.
THANK YOU for all your wonderful comments.
Everyone makes me soooooo Happy.
Now you know I did the Candy Draw last week, well Elainea
still hasn't got in touch with me if she doesn't claim her Candy
by Saturday the 20th of October I will do another drawing.
So if anyone knows her please tell her it's waiting for her.
Here is my card today, I hope you like it as much as I did when
I finished it. This one I did a Happy Dance when it was finished.
Now the inside.
This card was made with an 8x8 card white card.
Matted with black glitter card and then white card.
The white card I cut out the flourishes from the Spellbinders
Venetian Motifs Die.
I added some Creative Expressions swirly black pearls with
extra gems on the end from my stash.
I cut out some flourishes in black card and added them to the
white ones underneath my crochet flower I made.
The corners are from the Parisian Motifs, the butterflies are
from the Fanciful Flights Die.
The inside I embossed with the Doily mask and then added
some Lacey Circle cut outs, and another couple of butterflies.
I hope you like this.
Thank you so much for your visit to my blog.
I really do appreciate everyone of you taking the time to visit.
Have a wonderful crafty Tuesday.
Lots of crafty love. JENNY.

GET WELL CARD
Hi and good morning to all my talented followers and visitors.
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and the weather was
sunny, where ever you live.
THANK YOU for all your support and lovely comments.
I really do appreciate every comment made.
It is very nice of you to spare your precious time to visit me.
I was on Planet Suzy's blog last night and she had a lovely
photo of a wood pigeon in her bird bath, so I got to thinking.
I know some say that thinking is bad for you. lol.
In any rate I took a picture of a Dragon Fly in my gareden
about a year ago.
It perched on my plastic greenhouse for such a long time so
I quickly got my camera and photographed it.
Here is the picture.
Now to my card today it's a Get Well Card for a lady in my
Tuesday Club that fell and broke her ankle.
The ingredients for this is.
An 8x8 card blank.
Matted with gold mirri and distressed with Tattered Rose
distress ink to make the white card peach colour and to
take the shine off the mirri a little.
I used the Cupcakecrafting CD Floral Delights for the
background paper and the inside. I also stamped my tulip
in similar paper form the CD.
The tulip stamp is from Stamps by Chloe at
www.chloescreativecards.co.uk
I then used my Grand Label Die for the aperture.
I also cut a butterfly out of my Spellbinders Die and
added some stones.
A large messy bow with seam binding ribbon that I dyed
with the Tattered Rose ink, and of course my sentiment in
the middle of the Lacy Circle Die and the Parisian Motifs
Die.
I hope you like my card today.
Thank you again for visiting me.
Have a wonderful crafty Monday everyone.
Lots of crafty love. JENNY.

70th BIRTHDAY CARD AND BOX
Hi and good morning to all my blog friends and visitors.
It's Monday morning and the start of a new week.
I hope each and everyone of you had lovely weather over
the weekend.
THANK YOU for all your lovely comments on my
creations.
I love to read each one, and appreciate all your precious
time taken to visit me, and make a comment.
My card today is a card and a box I made for a friends
70th Birthday.
Those of you who know my work by now will know I like
to decorate my box to go with the card.
The ingredients for this is.
I made a grey 8x8 card out of 2 A4 pieces of card.
I didn't have the right colour pattered pearlised card so I
inked a cream one with a mixture of pigment inks I had.
This came out a lovely shade of peach.
I cut out an aperture with the Spellbinders Grand Scolloped
Oval.
Then I cut a smaller one and glued it with sticky pads.
I made a 70 on my Cricut machine, and I also made my
roses with different size flowers off the george basic
cartridge. Glued the edges and dipped them in glitter.
I cut some Spellbinders Parisian Accents and put two
colour ribbons between.
I didn't have the right colour ribbons so you've guessed
it I died them with a combination of distress ink and
pigment inks.
Cautionary tale wear gloves for the grey.
I added some peach flat backed pearls to the edges of
the scollops.
The Butterfly was made out of Spellbinders Fanciful Flight
die.
The box was made in a similar way but I din't have any
more of the patterned card.
I used a Martha Stewart Punch for round the edges of the
top of the box. This was the large Daisy Punch I think
you can just see part of it.
Well thats all for today folks.
I hope you like it.
Not sure about the peel offs on the 70 of the card.
What do you think.
I hope you all have a wonderful Monday.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny.
